My name is Lechen and I am an incoming exchange student from UNSW Australia, studying Mechanical Engineering. I have secured a 2 bedroom furnished unit (ST - OS) at Orchard Downs from August 15 to December 18, 2026, and am looking for someone to share it with. Estimated rent is around $650–700/month per person.
I am a 21-year-old male. I'm outgoing, clean, and tidy, and I enjoy cooking and have my driver's license. I'm into soccer, badminton, outdoor activities, travel, and gaming. I usually go to bed around 11pm, pay rent on time, and will always give advance notice before having friends over.
As for what I'm looking for in a roommate: someone who is clean and willing to share upkeep of common areas, communicates openly, gives advance notice before having guests, and pays on time. No smokers, complex is a smoke free campus, no smoking is permitted.
