  The Business Analyst works with the Decision Support team to deliver data analytics and business intelligence reporting solutions to the University of Illinois System. Creating solutions that allow end users to gain actionable insights requires a firm understanding of the business needs. The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for interviewing end users to identify, document, and translate those business needs. Once solutions are developed the Business Analyst will test them and validate that what is being delivered meets the requirements.

• Deployment Specialist

  As part of the Deployment team, the Deployment Specialist is responsible for providing IT Service Management support, which includes coordinating updates to IT infrastructure and applications. The Deployment Specialist reviews AITS production change requests, helps with IT release management, assists in the coordination of upgrades and maintenance of administrative systems, troubleshoots unplanned outages, and assists with batch processing requests.
