The Infrastructure and Resiliency Coordinator provides leadership, coordination, and support for the IT infrastructure, data center, business continuity, and disaster recovery capabilities that enable the enterprise systems and services delivered by AITS. Serving as a key liaison among AITS, university partners, vendors, and stakeholders, this position coordinates infrastructure and resiliency initiatives, supports data center operations and governance activities, manages infrastructure-related projects, and leads business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous improvement efforts. The coordinator also collaborates with technical, administrative, and leadership teams to support audit and compliance activities, advance strategic initiatives, and ensure the reliable, secure, and resilient delivery of enterprise technology services.
