Congratulations to Mostafa Adel Hanafy, EPOL PhD student in the Learning Design and Leadership (LDL) program, who was a finalist for a prestigious Study UK Alumni award: the 2021-22 Social Action Award.
A native of Egypt, Hanafy is a graduate of Robert Gordon University in the United Kingdom. He is a development professional with more than ten years of experience working for leading international organizations. Mostafa administers the work of the NGOs’ Hub, the leading online community for non-profit professionals in Egypt. His work has had an impact on the lives of the 100,000 group members, and civil society at large. He has recently been selected as one of the most impactful online community leaders to participate in the renowned Facebook community accelerator. Mostafa is originally a petroleum engineer who shifted his career to the development field to follow his passion.
