Tamara Bertrand Jones, associate dean for faculty affairs and professor Education Policy, Organization & Leadership, will give a keynote presentation at the 2025 Mentoring Matters Summer Institute.
The institute will take place May 21 - 22 at the Illini Union. The Summer Institute is a two-day, interactive event supporting faculty members, post-doctoral fellows, and graduate students in developing mentoring skills through discovery and understanding.
Other speakers will include Bill Bernhard, Executive Vice Provost for Academic Affairs & Interim Associate Chancellor and Vice Provost for Budget and Resource Planning at Illinois, and Maria LaMonica Wisdom, Assistant Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement at Duke University.
