SwaTaleem Foundation is currently hiring for the following positions: Data Analysis (Qualitative), Data Analysis (Qualitative), Fundraising, Design Interns for Fundraising, Hindi Transcription, and a potential Social Media Research Intern.
We are an international non-profit that works with historically marginalized adolescent girls that are prone to child marriage, their parents, teachers, and local government officials in some of the remote parts of India to ensure quality education and critical life skills. COVID-19 has further exacerbated the challenges these girls face, and our work has become extremely crucial!
SwaTaleem uses a human-centered design approach that is based on iterations and learnings from the field and it is the community that chooses the core problem and we help facilitate solutions along with socio-emotional and technical skills. SwaTaleem won the Illinois Innovation Prize in 2020. We have been selected in four international accelerators and have signed a government MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) in India.
