Lease term: I'm only looking for someone who can take the full term(12 months), August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027. This apartment has specific reletting process, so after the lease is transferred, you would be paying rents directly through the apartment portal, not through me.
Unit type: 2 Bed - 1 Bath A
Rent: $799/month, more than $200 cheaper than the current monthly rate for new residents (All utilities included except water, which averages around $15/month)
