Early Intervention Training Program at the University of Illinois

Updates from IDHS related to COVID-19, primarily their "weekly" or "stakeholder" updates

Beginning Feb. 4, 2026 (tonight) at 10 pm, the EITP server software is being updated, and should be complete by 2 am on Feb. 5th (Thursday morning). 

There will be one or more service interruptions as we reboot the updated system. We expect these interruptions to last 10-15 minutes each, but a longer downtime of up to 4 hours may occur if there are issues during or after the update.

The EITP Offices will be closed on Monday, January 19th for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday in accordance with the university holiday schedule.

While our offices are closed, EITP will not be able to provide technical support for online training modules.  Please plan accordingly. 

We will resume normal office hours on Tuesday, January 20^th, 2026.  

FormBuilder Scheduled Maintenance Notice

Our video credit request system will be unavailable Thursday, December 18, 2025, for approximately 4 hours from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST for AITS on campus to update FormBuilder. If needed, the outage may run longer. During this time frame, you will not be able to submit requests.  

The planned implementation of Early Intervention Family Fees, scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2026, will be paused until further notice.
