  • Study: Individualized eating program helps dieters lose weight, keep it off

    iDip, an individualized diet program developed by nutritionists at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, uses a visual tool that plots protein and fiber intake to help dieters choose foods that limit their calorie intake while consuming recommended amounts of protein and fiber.
