The team, from left, postdoctoral fellow and first author Neda Seyedsadjadi; graduate student Raul Alfaro Leiva; M. Yanina Pepino, professor of food science and human nutrition; and Dr. Blair Rowitz, professor of nutritional sciences and the associate dean for clinical affairs at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine.
