A new study links more frequent acetaminophen use in pregnancy to modest but significant problems with attention in young children. Susan Shantz, left, the Illinois Kids Development Study principal investigator and a U. of I. professor emerita of comparative biosciences, led the research with former U. of I. graduate student Megan Woodbury, now a postdoctoral researcher at Northeastern University in Boston.
