This page will have resources related to the Service Coordinator Forum on Facilitating Team Meetings. If you plan to participate in the forum, please follow our Community Guidelines (pdf). This resource list will be updated as the forum progresses.
Forum Description
Service coordinators are invited to connect with one another and EITP staff within this quarterly forum to discuss successes and challenges that arise while facilitating team meetings. This is an open forum that will allow service coordinators to problem-solve and share strategies for success with one another.
Registration is required
Check your email for a link to register for this forum. The link will be emailed quarterly to only IL SC Forum members and CFC Managers. (You may want to join the IL SC forum to ensure you receive the quarterly invitation to join).
Once you've registered for the Facilitating Team Meetings forum, you will get a registration confirmation email that contains a pre-survey and Zoom information to join the meeting.
Recommended Prerequisites
We encourage (but don't require) completing the following before participating in the event:
Submit the pre-survey with your questions and/or challenges you’d like to troubleshoot. The pre-survey will be sent in your registration confirmation email and will allow EITP facilitators to organize and prepare additional resources as needed.
If able, complete the online training "Using Your Facilitation Skills to Be an Effective Host" (1 hour in Assessment and 0.5 hours in Intervention). It is strongly recommended but not required to participate in the forum.
If desired, complete "Facilitating Team Meetings - Reflective Questions" to help you organize your questions and ideas you could contribute to the discussion.
