Job Overview:
The UIC Nursing is seeking an hourly grad worker to work approximately 8 hours per week supporting the Schwartz Simulation Lab at the UIC Nursing Clinical Learning Resource Center (CLRC) to facilitate experiential learning experiences (skills and simulations) for nursing students of all levels to meet lab, course and program objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborates with CLRC Director and simulation lab team to complete skills/simulation laboratory housekeeping, including set-up, break down and maintenance of skills/simulation supplies and equipment, set up and facilitation on the day of skills/simulations.
- Assists in data collection and running of reports as indicated by CLRC Director.
- Provides tours of the simulation lab, including providing technological demonstration of equipment, as needed.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Enrolled in an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s prepared or enrolled in UIC doctoral program
- Registered nursing (RN) experience involving patient care with a current state Registered Nursing license.
