I am seeking a female roommate starting from the Summer term 2026 (Lease can be extended) to occupy one room in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, unfurnished apartment at Orchard South (University Housing). Move-in is flexible and can be as early as needed.
Although the apartment is officially unfurnished, I have already furnished the common areas and the second bedroom with basic furniture. I also have a full-size bed frame and mattress available for the incoming roommate if you are comfortable using it.
About me:
I am a female PhD student in the College of Veterinary Medicine at UIUC.
Rent:
$330 per person per month (utilities not included).
