I am an international student from Europe starting my graduate program at Grainger College of Engineering this fall, and I am looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment with move-in around July or August. I would prefer our living arrangement to be more than just sharing space — casual chats in the kitchen or over a meal are appreciated, though I don’t expect us to spend a lot of time together.
About me: I am an active, tidy and organized person and while I can be very sociable, I tend to be more reserved when I am busy or stressed. I enjoy a balanced lifestyle and I am not much of a night owl or a frequent party-goer.
I am looking for a roommate who has a similar lifestyle to me, regardless of gender, age or race. While occasional untidiness is fine, a dirty kitchen or very messy common areas are an issue for me. Ideally a roommate would be tidy and mindful about noise.
Regarding apartment options (furnished, unfurnished and location), I am not decided and very open to discussing it together, but currently partial to Orchard Downs/South.
