I'm currently looking for someone who wants to be a Co-tenant for the spring semester. The apartment is a two bedroom unit that is fully furnished. Its also located in orchard downs. My lease is from 1/16/2026 -> 5/162026. So the move in would happen the week before classes start in January and vacating would be during last week of school.
A little about me: I'm a fairly recluse, laid-back, and relaxed person. I also like to keep my space relatively clean. Queer/gender friendly too.
