  We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.  The Skype meeting software wil not functioning properly and we are unable to host today's training.  We have attempted to present the training on several computers but the end result is not usable.  Training will be rescheduled as soon as we can get Skype to work.

  Go to More/Sponsored in Webtools and add the user.  The user will be added with the same unit and department as the person adding them.  To add them to a different unit please have a staff member from that unit add them.
