CWS: The Next 20 Years Part II, October 30, 11:00-1:00pm, EB 36
Join CWS faculty and graduate students for a follow-up meeting to The Next Twenty Years meeting held last semester. CWS was designed in the late 1980s (a very different era in terms of literate technologies, the state of the field's interest in writing, the university, and the world). In this meeting, CWS director Paul Prior and CWS assistant directors Bruce Kovanen and Logan Middleton will facilitate discussion around developing new partnerships and missions across campus as well as exploring potential re-imaginings of the role, goal, and purpose of the Center. Light refreshments will be served and notes from the meeting will be made available.
