This three-day interactive experience, presented by the Campus-Community Compact to Accelerate Social Justice, is designed to strengthen instructional practices using a lens that focuses on educational justice, equity, and inclusion.
Keynote presentations are open to all Champaign, Urbana, and Rantoul educators, and they will take place at the Campus Instructional Facility on the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus on July 19-21, 2023.

TEACH Academy is also currently accepting requests and team recommendations for the new TEACH Scholars cohort. TEACH Scholars are educators who are committed to taking their instructional practices to the next level. Selected teachers must commit to attend afternoon sessions on July 19-21 that include breakout sessions with keynote presenters, peer collaboration, and coaching cycles. TEACH Scholars will also qualify for the following benefits:
- PDHs
- VIP access to upcoming Academy events
- Access to University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign teacher resources
- Invites to quarterly networking events
- $500 stipend
- General University/District recognition
- Opportunities to engage in year-long coaching cycles, and more
