Congratulations to Adrienne Dixson, professor in EPOL, who has been selected as a new scholar in the Diversity Scholars Network at the University of Michigan.
The Diversity Scholars Network is a scholarly community committed to advancing understandings of historical and contemporary social issues related to identity, difference, culture, representation, power, oppression, and inequality — as they occur and affect individuals, groups, communities, and institutions.
This 700+ scholars network represents more than 200 institutions across the world, comprised of tenured, tenure-track, clinical and research faculty (including lecturers), research staff, and postdoctoral fellows.
Members of the Network are identified for their commitment and contribution to diversity research and scholarship. The National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCID) supports and connects the shared knowledge by providing opportunities for research and dissemination across the academy and beyond.
