Designed for senior-level leaders in the Champaign-Urbana school districts, this inaugural three-day program from the Executive Leadership Academy will offer participants an opportunity to collaborate with peers while engaging in a rich experiential learning environment designed to fuel innovation in leadership. Leaders will return to their districts for the new school year equipped and energized to advance as groundbreakers, decision-makers, and change agents.
