Congratulations to alumna Michelle Sands for her Council for Exceptional Children Student Research Award in Mixed Methods Design. Michelle's dissertation was titled Principals' Perceptions Related to Transition to Kindergarten for Children with Disabilities: A Mixed-Methods Study.
The CEC's Student Research Award recognizes high-quality research across multiple research methodologies conducted by students in the course of their undergraduate or graduate special education training program. The Student Research Awards will be presented during the Business Meeting at the CEC Convention and Expo in 2022.
