The eighth annual Image of Research competition is now open!
Graduate and professional students enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign are invited to enter by submitting an image of their research, creative or scholarly work, along with a short narrative sharing how it has impacted them or others.
The entry deadline is Friday, January 22, 2021.
Awards will be given for:
- First prize: $500
- Second prize: $300
- Third prize: $200
- Honorable mention(s): $100
- People's Choice Award: $100
A multidisciplinary panel will judge entries for connection between image/text/research, originality, and visual impact.
Semifinalists' will be displayed in an online exhibition with People's Choice voting in March.
