The new student group organized in the College of Education for Latinx, first-generation graduate students, recently gathered at the Illinois Latino Council on Higher Education (ILACHE) Conference in April 2022.
The group of CoE graduate students and faculty participated in the conference, themed "Resisting and Existing in Higher Education" at the I Hotel and Conference Center. The College sponsored the group's conference registration fees, and attendees reported they learned much and were in great community during the event.
