Asmaa Elsayed a Doctoral Student in Education Policy. Organization & Leadership, will give a presentation entitled, "Exploring Vulnerability: A Glimpse into Researching Sensitive Topics with Vulnerable Women as a Vulnerable Researcher" on March 7, 2025, at the GRID Graduate Forum, sponsored by the Center for the Study of Global Gender Equity.

Elsayed's presentation is a storytelling journey of a doctoral student researching a sensitive and deeply vulnerable topic, working with a vulnerable population in a vulnerable context—all while navigating this process as a vulnerable woman researcher. She explores the complexities of sensitivity and vulnerability, the search for purpose, and building resilience.
