  Deadline:  Tuesday, February 18, 2020

  The 2019-2020 College awards competition is underway. College awards are located here. All awards are listed on this page and link to application details. We encourage you to nominate faculty, academic professionals, staff, and teaching assistants for excellence by the deadline.  

  *Two changes for this year. One is the Distinguished Teaching Career Award is renamed and now moving forward will be called David Zola Distinguished Career Teaching Award. The second change is a new award has been added, Excellence in Online Teaching.

  Awards for Staff and Academic Professionals

  • Academic Professional Excellence Award - $1,500
  • Distinguished Staff Award - $1,500

  Awards for Teaching, Research, Services, and Mentoring

  • David Zola Distinguished Career Teaching Award - $2,000
  • Outstanding Graduate Teaching Award - $1,500
  • Outstanding Faculty Award for Public Engagement - $1,500
  • Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Award - $1,500
  • Spitze/Mather Faculty Award for Excellence - $2,500
  • Outstanding Teaching Award for Teaching Assistants - $1,000     
  • Excellence in Online Teaching Award - $1,500     

  Deadline:

  Nomination packets for the College awards are due on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, by 5:00 pm. Only complete applications will be reviewed.
