The Dear Alma podcast series* offers helpful resources, tools, and advice from senior colleagues to help other faculty members reach their highest aspirations in teaching, research, and service while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Each episode features faculty members from across campus, representing different disciplines, backgrounds, and experiences. All of our podcast guests have generously contributed their time to share their insights and tips on a variety of topics from which other faculty members may glean wisdom and strategies as they navigate their career at Illinois. Podcast episodes are 5-10 minutes long and are intended to give a snapshot of these issues from different on-campus faculty perspectives.
