TIPS:
- Respond to your email within a timely manner, typically in 1-3 business days.
- Include clear and concise information in your email’s subject line.
- Keep your email professional.Addressing the recipient as you would within a professional setting.
Do not respond like you are texting.
- Timing is everything.Do not send a follow-up email without allowing 2-3 business days to pass from the time you sent an email. A good tip is to send your emails earlier, especially during registration, so that you’re not in need of an immediate response.
