    I’m a female Doctoral student in the Pathobiology Department at UIUC and currently have a University Housing lease at Orchard South. I am looking for a female co-tenant for Spring 2026 for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unfurnished unit located in Orchard South.

    Rent: $340 per person (excluding utilities)
    University Housing lease
    Move-in: Flexible (Spring 2026)
