The Extension Forestry Spring Webinar Series includes a different weekly presentation each Wednesday at 2pm Central, starting on March 30, running through May 25.  You can choose to sign up for any or all of them!  Virtual sessions are 1-hour in length, open to the public, and free to attend. Online registration is required.

Presenters include NRES faculty and staff.

Anyone interested in a career in law is invited to this pre-law panel hosted by the History Department and Prof. Rabin’s Career Planning for History Majors course.

This program designed to prepare Illinois undergraduates for leadership roles in the sustainability field. In the Spring 2023 program, participants will learn about policy-making at the local and state levels, develop real-world environmental policies, and present proposals to legislators and decision-makers.

Jesse McDicken with the USDA Forest Service returns to campus to discuss hiring for student internships and recent grad positions.

The Block Party event is meant to give students an opportunity to network and learn more about Research Park and its year-round internship opportunities.

This workshop introduces students to nationally-known service programs that provide attractive post-graduation career development opportunities and help you develop employable skills. The event will begin at 4:00 pm at the School of Social Work (1010 W. Nevada) in room 2027.

V3 Companies representatives with their Ecological Restoration group will discuss full-time and summer job opportunities. The target audience is individuals who are interested in Forestry, Natural Resources, or Ecological Restoration. V3 Companies is located in Woodridge, IL, but also have an office in Villa Park, IL.

The Luce is a one-year internship in your field after graduation in Asia or Southeast-Asia, and it is designed specifically for students and recent alumni who are U.S. citizens and who have spent less than 18 weeks in Asia since graduating from high school.
